Who we are
Bionka Randolph graduated with an MBA from Tennessee State University and worked in the corporate world for several years before starting AAB Sports Management. Her hard work and initiative earned her placement on many high-stakes strategy and development teams. She has frequently been appointed into the role of project manager tasked with meeting goals for multiple multi-million dollar entities, each with specific requirements and deliverables. After several years of brokering deals for others, Bionka decided to use her corporate experience and her contacts to build her own business. She combined her passion for combat sports with her expertise in strategic planning and assessment, her skills in negotiation, and her public relations knowledge to build a company that provides full-service career development to professional combat athletes. In the first few months of AAB, she negotiated a seven-figure endorsement contract for a current boxing champion. Bionka has said, “It’s exciting to go to work when you’re doing something you love and you’re building something of your own. I know that’s how I feel, and that’s how our clients feel. We help them build their careers every step of the way.”
Who we are
Justin Randolph is a graduate of Tennessee State University with an MBA and is co-owner of AAB Sports Management. He is an expert in cost negotiations, primarily with trans-national businesses, and his skills in conflict management and strategic planning have enabled him to take a lead role in contract negotiations. In recognition of his stellar work with clients, he has been formally recognized for best customer service for an international corporation. Justin combines his corporate experience, his integrity and a rigorous work ethic with a genuine appreciation for the demanding world of professional combat sports. He brings to AAB the ability to run the strength and conditioning aspects of training camps. He has frequently served as a cornerman and he uses his expertise in opponent research and analysis to ensure appropriate growth in matchmaking for his clients. His business acumen and expert level knowledge of combat sports enables him to manage or co-manage all aspects of his client’s career.
